1General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Kelaghor and its users. The company operating the Kelaghor platform holds an international gaming license and operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms apply to the Kelaghor website, mobile version, and all associated services. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2Account Registration

To register with Kelaghor, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or fabricated details may result in your account being closed at any time and your funds being forfeited.

Registration Guidelines

• Each person may register only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts within the same family or household requires prior permission from Kelaghor.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be verifiable as accurate when checked.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Kelaghor will not be held liable for any account security issues arising from a shared password.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately.

To keep your account active, you must log in at least once every six months. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a maintenance fee.

3Age Verification

Kelaghor strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Registration and use of the platform is completely prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

Kelaghor may request a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Payments

Kelaghor supports all popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum deposit limit: ৳1,00,000
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

Kelaghor does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are entirely subject to their own policies.

5Withdrawal Policy

Kelaghor ensures fast and hassle-free withdrawals at all times. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000
• Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Any winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Kelaghor regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires.

Kelaghor uses advanced software to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Any user found attempting to exploit the system will have their account immediately suspended.

7Gaming Rules

All games on the Kelaghor platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is completely random and fair.

• If a game result is left unresolved due to a technical error, Kelaghor reserves the right to void that round.
• If you experience a disconnection during a live game, the result is recorded in the system. Once you reconnect, that result will stand.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• Game rules and odds are subject to change at any time, but this will not affect any bets already in progress.

If you wish to dispute a game result, you must notify customer support within 24 hours. The game logs will be reviewed and a decision will be made — that decision shall be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kelaghor platform and are subject to penalties:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions (including bonus hunting).
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using software bots or automation tools to play games.
• Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to create an unfair advantage.
• Using abusive or threatening language towards Kelaghor staff.

9Account Closure

Both the user and Kelaghor may close an account. Specific terms apply in either case.

Closed by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. It is recommended that you withdraw any eligible funds before closure. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closed by Kelaghor

Kelaghor reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in cases of policy violations, suspected fraud, or security risks. The user will be notified via email and given the opportunity to appeal.

10Responsible Play

Kelaghor believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all players to game responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.

11Dispute Resolution

4. As a final step, the matter will be referred to an independent third-party mediator for resolution.

12Changes & Updates

Kelaghor reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in the following manner:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• A banner notification will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, please request account closure before the changes take effect.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall always be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any discrepancy in a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
